Comprehensive Services
For children, adolescents, adults and older grownups.
Multiple Treatment Settings
Including inpatient, partial hospitalization, outpatient, domestic and telehealth treatment programs.
Treatment Programs
Including, but not restricted to: anxiety, stress and anxiety, psychotic diagnoses, bipolar illness, post-traumatic stress disorder and neurorehabilitation.

Including ingenious programs led by devoted educators that allow adolescents to continue their education and pursue academic success while in treatment.
Specialty Programs
– Military: UHS’ Patriot Support Programs provides behavioral health services specifically designed for military, veterans and families in 34 centers.
– First Responders: Includes behavioral health care assistance, services and programs for very first responders (cops, firefighters, dispatchers, corrections officers, crime scene professionals), EMS and other health care employees, along with active-duty military.
– Substance Use Disorder (SUD): Much Of UHS’ Behavioral Health facilities use a broad selection of treatment services, such as alcohol and drug detox, step-down programs, sober living and aftercare. Services are readily available at several levels of care (e.g., property, inpatient, outpatient, partial hospitalization).
Among them are those in our Foundations Recovery Network which focuses on the integrated treatment of addiction and underlying psychological health disorders.
In 2024, we opened our very first Foundations Health area, providing outpatient services for those having a hard time with SUD, mental health issues and/or opioid dependence, consisting of medication-assisted treatment.
– Eating Disorders: Skilled clinicians are geared up and trained to resolve a large range of eating conditions from anorexia and bulimia to binge consuming along with eating conditions co-occurring with other conditions.
– Autism Spectrum Disorder: Dedicated programs offered at choose facilities customize a client’s treatment and interventions to exactly measure and track progress. Plans integrate behavioral functioning, social development, communication capabilities, academic/vocational achievement, household education and support.
National Action Alliance for Suicide Prevention
UHS has demonstrated its dedication to suicide prevention through its longstanding collaboration with the National Action Alliance for Suicide Prevention. As a proud supporter of the Action Alliance, UHS offers education and resources to the communities we serve.
Joint Ventures/Provider Partnerships/Alliances
UHS is continuously wanting to participate in strategic collaborations that will assist patients gain access to the best level of care at the right place. This consists of a concentrated effort on partnering with non-UHS Acute Care medical facilities to assist them run their behavioral health services.
