Who Is Samara?
Samara Corporate Consultants Limited is a Human Capital consulting and advisory firm led by Rudo A. Samakomva, an accomplished HR and business practitioner with more than 26 years of managerial, leadership, consulting and board experience. She has gained an invaluable track record in the financial services, manufacturing, mining, insurance, commercial sectors and quasi-government institutions. She is pulse-sensitive, results-oriented and has a passion for talent development. She has developed Samara to be innovative in developing and improving business and HR systems and is passionate about motivating and inspiring teams and individuals. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Leadership (MBL Unisa), a BSc Honors in Psychology (UZ) and an IPMZ diploma. Rudo is also a motivational and keynote speaker. She has partnered with a group of consultants, renowned labour lawyers, training experts as well as registered industrial psychologists and assessment centres.
